Why no phone support? We want to keep the costs down for our customers, and offer the most efficient support for everyone. Very often a response to a support ticket is a set of instructions or a link to a tutorial on how to complete a particular task. It is far more efficient to do this in writing that over the phone, therefore we can help more people, quicker!
